Managing Your Ads on the Telegram Ad Platform

Ad Status

Once you’ve submitted an ad on the Telegram Ad Platform, you can track its status from your account’s homepage. Ads can have the following statuses:

Stopped: Default status for new ads without a budget or when the allocated budget has been exhausted.

In Review: Under review by our team to ensure compliance with guidelines before going live.

Declined: Requires changes before it can be approved. Detailed explanations and guideline links are provided.

Active: Live and displaying sponsored messages in Telegram channels as per your specified parameters.

On Hold: Paused and ready to resume when you choose.

Ad Info

Click on any ad listed on your homepage to make adjustments to its content, CPM (Cost-Per-Mille), increase budget, or view statistics. You can update the title, text, and URL of your sponsored message at any time (excluding targeting parameters). Use ‘Preview Ad’ to see how the sponsored message appears in a channel.

Ad Budget

To adjust your ad’s budget, click on the ‘Current Budget’ field. You can also modify the CPM to increase or decrease costs. If needed, use ‘Delete Ad’ to remove an ad, allowing you to resubmit with new parameters or a revised budget. Note: Once submitted, you cannot decrease the budget directly; consider creating a similar ad with a lower budget instead.

Statistics

Navigate to the ‘Statistics’ tab for an overview of your ad’s performance, including creation date, CPM, budget, and total views. Detailed graphs illustrate views of your sponsored message and conversions, displayed by minute or day increments.

Your Account and Organizations

Access additional functionalities by clicking your name in the top-right corner. From here, you can edit account details, create new organizations, switch between accounts, or log out. Modify personal information like email on the ‘Edit Account Info’ page, and review your account’s transaction history under the ‘Budget’ tab.
