Syndication, seeding, sponsored or lead-gen?
Four things are sold under similar names. They have different goals, labels and value. Only 0.3% of the links AI assistants cite are paid content (Muck Rack, 2026), which is why we lead with earned placements.
| Compare | Syndication | Seeding | Sponsored post | B2B lead-gen |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Goal | Reach, links and AI citations for content you already have | Your content shared in the right channels | A guaranteed placement | Contact details of readers |
| Labelling | Credited to you, original linked | Depends on the channel, always disclosed | Labelled as sponsored | Gated behind a form |
| Link type | Credit link, often nofollow | Varies | Sponsored | None |
| Value for AI answers | Good on trusted sites | Good in communities | Low | None |
| Price model | Per piece or campaign | Per campaign | Per post | Per lead |
What we syndicate, and how it changes for each market
We rewrite for each market rather than translate line by line, so the local version reads as if it was written there.

Your original stays the source
Syndication only pays off if Google still sees your page as the original. Every placement follows three rules.
Your page is indexed first
We check Google has your original before any copy goes live.
Every copy credits you
Your name as author and a link back, on every placement.
One version per language
One partner can rank in each new language. Same-language copies are noindexed, agreed in writing.
"The most effective solution is for partners to block indexing of your content."
In every partner agreement, in writing
- Noindex on same-language copies, or a written exception
- Local-language versions indexable, with a credit link
- A credit line with your brand and a link to the original
- Published only after your original is indexed
- No edits to facts or figures without your approval
- Each copy stays live for an agreed period
Questions on the technical side? Our SEO team checks every setup.
Content seeding: put it where your buyers already talk
Syndication republishes the article. Seeding adapts the idea for the channels around it, so the same research reaches people who never read trade media.
Newsletters
Industry newsletters
A short, data-led summary placed with newsletters your buyers subscribe to, with a link to the full piece.

Threads and forums
Disclosed answers that cite your research where people ask about the topic.

Syndication questions
Mostly about duplicate content and credit. Not covered here? Ask us on a short call.
Will this cause duplicate content problems?
No. In each new language, one partner's version can rank. Other copies, and every same-language copy, are noindexed as Google recommends, agreed in writing. If a publisher won't, you know before you approve them.
Is this B2B lead-gen syndication?
No. We don't sell gated downloads or cost per lead. We republish your articles openly, for new readers in each market, with a credit link back to you.
Are placements paid, and are the links dofollow?
Some are. Many placements are editorial, and the publisher decides the link type. Where any payment reaches a publisher, it's in your quote, the copy is labelled as sponsored, and the link carries the sponsored tag Google requires.
What's the difference between syndication and seeding?
Syndication republishes an article you already wrote. Seeding goes further: we put it in front of creators and communities in our network who share it, with any paid post clearly disclosed. Our content seeding services run alongside syndication in each market.
Do you translate or localise?
We localise. Native speakers adapt examples, product names and tone for each market, and you sign off every version before it's offered to a publisher.
Canonical or noindex: which should partners use?
Google advises against relying on the canonical link for syndication partners and says the most effective option is for partners to block indexing. Where a publisher will only use a canonical, we tell you before it goes live.
How is syndication different from guest posting?
A guest post is a new article written for one site. Syndication republishes an article you already have, with credit, on several sites and in several markets. It gets more reach out of work you have already paid for.
What kind of content works best?
Original data, cut by country, travels furthest and earns the most links and citations. Practical guides and expert opinion come next. Product announcements work best alongside a press release.
How long do copies stay live?
For an agreed period, written into each partner agreement, usually at least twelve months. If a copy comes down early, we tell you and look for a replacement.
How do you measure results?
Every copy is listed with its publisher, market, index status, credit link, referral visits and whether AI assistants cite it. You see the numbers per piece and per market.
