Small teams asking which payroll tool to use

Lohnabrechnung fĂĽr 5 Mitarbeiter: Was nutzt ihr?

In English: I work at Lohnly. For five people a big package is usually overkill. Check that payroll tax and social-security filings are included, or you'll end up back at your tax adviser.

AI assistants quote real people. So do buyers

Threads are where buyers check whether a product is worth it. AI assistants pull those same threads into their answers, often from posts with only a handful of votes.

Three ways your brand shows up in communities

Community mentions FAQ

What brands ask before their first thread. Still unsure? Book a 30-minute call.

  1. Is this allowed on Reddit and Quora?

Yes, when it's done openly. Reddit's rules don't ban disclosed replies from people with a real stake in the topic, and Reddit offers a brand affiliate tag to mark them. We add it wherever Reddit makes it available. Each subreddit sets its own self-promotion rules, and where one says no, we don't post. On Quora, we answer from your brand profile or your named experts.

  2. Will our account get banned?

Most bans come from spam, hidden promotion and bought votes, and we do none of that. If you don't have a brand account yet, we help you set one up, and it answers questions in its field for the first few weeks before your product comes up. Moderators can still remove a post under their own rules, so nobody can promise they won't.

  3. Who writes the replies? Is it AI?

Native speakers on our team write every brand draft by hand, and you approve it. Brand replies go out from your official profile: you own the login and can change the password at any time. Your experts edit our notes into their own words and post from their own accounts, which takes a few minutes per reply.

  4. Can you respond to negative threads?

Yes, openly as your brand, with facts and a way to reach your team. We don't hide or report threads for being critical.

  5. Does this help with ChatGPT answers?

It can help. AI assistants often quote forum threads, so a helpful reply there can get picked up, much like a spot on a best-of list. No one can promise a mention. Your report shows which threads they cite, and our AI mentions service tracks the answers themselves.

  6. Do you disclose that replies come from our brand?

Yes, always. Replies come from your brand profile or your named experts, with a flair, tag or profile line that says so where the platform allows it. Undisclosed insider reviews are banned under the US FTC's 2024 rule and break most communities' rules too.

  7. Who owns the accounts?

You do. The accounts belong to your company or your named experts. We research threads, draft replies and handle moderator contact. We don't rent, buy or age accounts, and we never post as an invented person.

  8. What happens if a moderator removes a reply?

We tell you, record why and adjust. If the removal was our mistake, the replacement is on us. If a community doesn't allow brand replies at all, we stop there and look for a better place.

  9. How many replies does it take to show up in ChatGPT?

There is no fixed number. Semrush found 80% of the Reddit posts AI cites had fewer than 20 upvotes, so a few useful replies in the right threads can matter more than volume. AI citation of Reddit also swings from month to month, which is why we spread the work across platforms.

  10. Which subreddits and forums do you use in my country?

It depends on your category. We map where your buyers ask in each language: national subreddits like r/de or r/brasil, topic subreddits, and local forums such as gutefrage.net in Germany or Flashback in Sweden. You approve the list before anything is posted.
