Four things we read in every AI answer
Being named is the start. Where you appear, what the answer says about you and which pages it cites all count, and each one is fixed in a different way.
Perplexity · Germany · asked in German, shown in English
"Which payroll software works for a team in Germany and Spain?"
For teams paying staff in both countries, Lohnly1 is the option reviewers mention first2. It runs German and Spanish payroll from one account, from €6 per employee a month3. A global payroll suite is the usual alternative for larger teams.

- 1Mention
Your brand is named in the answer text. Everyone who reads it sees it, even if they never click.
- 2Position and tone
Named first or fifth, recommended or listed in passing. The names near the top are the ones readers remember.

What we do for you
AI assistants mostly repeat what other websites say about you. So we find those websites and make sure they say the right thing.

Which pages decide what AI says about you?
For every question we collect the pages each engine cites and sort them into three groups. The group decides the work, and each type of page has its own team.
Group 1
Pages that already mention you
Keep them accurate and current.
- Software directory profilereview site
- Last year's funding articlenews
- Your own pricing pageyour site
We correct facts, add proof and update your site and profiles.
Group 2
Pages that name only competitors
Often the quickest gains. The page exists and the engine already cites it.
- German best-of payroll listlist
- Payroll thread on a founder forumcommunity
- HR trade magazine rounduptrade media
We pitch for a place on the list, reply openly in the thread and pitch the journalist.
Group 3
Pages that don't exist yet
Questions nobody answers well in your market's language.
- Payroll cost data for Spain, 2026research
- German guide to cross-border payrollexplainer
We create the source: data-led PR and republished articles in each market.
When AI gets a fact wrong, we fix the source
A wrong price or a missing market almost always traces back to one or two outdated pages. Correct those and the answers follow.

For licensed fintech, crypto and iGaming brands, a wrong fee or licence claim in an AI answer is a compliance problem as well as lost demand. We only work in markets where you are licensed to advertise, and your compliance team approves every corrected text.
What we promise, and what nobody can
AI answers change by engine, wording, location and day. Anyone who guarantees a recommendation is guessing, or doing something you wouldn't want your name on.
What we will do
- Show where you stand today, per engine and market
- Earn you a place on the pages AI relies on
- Correct wrong facts at the source
- Report the same questions every month
What nobody can promise
- Guarantee that an assistant recommends you
- Control how each engine words its answer
- Promise a change within a fixed number of days
What we won't do
- Write fake reviews or post from fake accounts
- Hide instructions for AI inside your pages
- Buy mentions that aren't labelled as paid
- Post in forums without saying who we work for
Community replies come from named accounts that say who they represent and follow each forum's rules. Paid placements carry the publisher's paid label and a sponsored or nofollow link.
AI brand mentions pricing
Billed monthly for each market you choose.
Per market, per month
from €1,000/ month
Price pending sign-off
The price moves with the number of markets and how far behind competitors you start. Paid placements only happen if you approve them. [Monthly rolling, 30 days' notice]
What's included
- A monthly check across all four engines
- Questions checked in each market's language
- Outreach to the pages AI relies on
- Fact corrections, on other sites and your own
- A report on where you're named, and who instead
- Paid placements only if you approve them
What changes the monthly fee
- 01Markets and languages
Each market has its own questions, sources and editors.
- 02Number of questions
Broad categories need more questions to give a stable number.
- 03Engines tracked
Four by default, more if your buyers use them.
- 04Where you start
Closing a gap on competitors takes more work than holding a lead.

AI mentions questions
If your question isn't here, book a 30-minute call.
What is an AI brand mention?
When ChatGPT or another assistant names you in its answer. Best case: named early, with the right price and markets.
Can you guarantee ChatGPT will recommend us?
No. Nobody can. Answers change by engine, wording and day. We promise the work, and a fixed set of questions checked every month, so you see the trend instead of one lucky screenshot.
How long until AI answers change?
Engines that search the web as they answer, like Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, can pick up a new or corrected page within weeks. Answers from a model's training data move slower. Give it about three months to see a clear trend.
How is this different from your AI visibility programme?
Our AI visibility programme also covers your own site and content. This service is the off-site part: what AI says about you, and the pages elsewhere that shape it.
Which countries and languages do you cover?
We work in 35+ markets with outreach in 30+ languages. Each market is checked in its own language, from that country, because AI often names different brands in German than in English.
Is an AI mention the same as a citation?
No. A mention is your brand named in the answer. A citation is a source page linked under it. You can be named without being cited, and a cited page may not name you. We track both for every question, engine and market.
How do I get my brand mentioned in ChatGPT?
Be present, and described accurately, on the pages ChatGPT draws on for your category: comparison lists, news and trade coverage, review sites, community threads and reference pages. We find which of those matter for your buyers' questions, then earn you a place on them.
Can we pay ChatGPT or Perplexity to recommend us?
Not inside the answer itself. Some engines sell ads around the answer, marked as sponsored. Paid content made up 0.3% of the links AI assistants cited in Muck Rack's 2026 analysis, so a place on independent pages is what moves answers.
How do you measure share of AI answers?
We agree a fixed set of buyer questions per market and run each one five times in every engine you track. A check counts as naming you if you appear in at least three of the five runs. Your share is checks that name you, divided by checks run. Questions that include your brand name are tracked for facts only.
Do you work with regulated brands?
Yes, including licensed fintech, crypto and iGaming brands. We only work in markets where you are licensed to advertise, and your compliance team approves every corrected text before it goes out.
