Buyers and AI shortlist from the same pages

Ask Google or ChatGPT for the best tool in your category and the answer is built from comparison articles. Your own homepage rarely comes into it.

What we place, and what we refuse

A list only helps if readers and AI trust it. Every placement has to hold up when an editor, a journalist or a Google reviewer takes a close look.

We place on

  • Independent "best of" and comparison articles run by an editor
  • Lists that already rank on Google or get cited by AI assistants
  • Lists in your buyers' language, written by native speakers
  • Entries with an honest description, including the downsides
  • Paid entries only when the publisher labels them, and we tell you first

We refuse

  • "We're number one" lists on your own site or a sister site
  • Private blog networks and link farms posing as review sites
  • Unlabelled paid reviews and fake customer reviews
  • Sites with no real organic traffic, whatever their domain rating
  • Promises of a fixed position. The publisher decides the order

Six checks every list passes before you see it

  1. 01Real audience

Organic traffic confirmed, flat or growing over six months.

  2. 02Already working

Ranks for the search, or an AI assistant cites it.

  3. 03Fresh

Updated in the last 12 months by an editor who still looks after it.

  4. 04Right topic

A payroll list belongs on an HR, finance or software site.

  5. 05Local language

Written in your buyers' language and read by our native speaker.

  6. 06Clean neighbours

No casino, pharma or link-selling pages next to your entry.

From audit to live entries in about six weeks

Listicle questions

What brands ask before their first list placement. Missing something? Ask us on a call.

  1. How do I get my brand on best-of lists?

We find the lists your buyers see, give each editor a reason to add you, and pitch each editor directly.

  2. Do I approve every list and entry before anything is sent?

Yes. Nothing goes out until you approve the list and the exact wording. Editors have the final say, and we show you any change they make.

  3. Do you pay publishers?

Only when the entry is clearly labelled as paid, with a sponsored or nofollow link. If a publisher won't label it, we don't pay. Many editors add brands for free because it makes their list better.

  4. Will this get my brand into ChatGPT answers?

It can, when the lists you're on are the ones ChatGPT and Google's AI quote for your buyers' questions. We check that every month. Nobody can guarantee a mention or the top spot.

  5. How long until entries go live?

Your free audit arrives within five working days. First entries usually go live four to six weeks after you approve your lists.

  6. How much does a best-of list placement cost?

Single placements sold on their own usually cost $250 to $500 each in 2026. Our program starts from €1,500 a month per market and covers research, writing, outreach and reporting. You get a written quote after the free audit, before anything is ordered.

  7. Can you guarantee a position, like number one?

No. The publisher decides the order. Before you approve a list we tell you which position is realistic, and the report shows the position you actually got.

  8. How do you choose which lists to target?

We start from the searches your buyers make, in their language. We run them through Google and the main AI assistants, collect the lists that show up or get cited, then filter by real traffic, freshness, topic and how each site labels paid entries.

  9. How is this different from link building?

Link building is about links that pass authority to your pages. List placements are about being named in the shortlist your buyers read. Most entries include a link, but the mention and the words around it matter more. Many clients run both.

  10. Should we publish our own best-of lists instead?

Your own comparison pages help buyers who already know you. Lists where a brand ranks itself first carry little weight with readers or with AI assistants, so third-party lists remain the stronger signal.

  11. Do you work on lists in languages other than English?

Yes. Native speakers on our team cover 30+ languages across 35+ markets. Most sources AI assistants cite for non-English searches are in the local language, so English-only entries miss those buyers.
