Welcome to AWISEE Creators

These Creator Terms apply when you register for or use the AWISEE /creators service. They are between you and AWISECO AB, trading as AWISEE. They do not automatically create a paid campaign or guarantee that you will receive campaign opportunities.

Who can register?

The service is intended for creators aged 18 or over. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18, that you can legally accept these terms and that you are authorised to manage any creator profile or social account you submit.

Account and verification

We may use one-time passwords (OTP), email verification or similar steps to confirm contact details and reduce misuse. You must not impersonate another person, create a misleading profile, deliberately provide false statistics or attempt to bypass verification or security measures.

Your profile

You may choose to provide information such as your professional name, contact details, social accounts, location or markets, niche, languages, audience information, rates, availability, media kit and campaign preferences. Please keep the information you submit accurate and reasonably up to date.

Public creator information

AWISEE may already process some publicly available professional information about creators for discovery and campaign research, whether or not the creator has registered. Registering does not give AWISEE ownership of your identity, social account or public content. Our use of personal data is explained in the Creator Privacy Notice.

What license do you give AWISEE?

You keep ownership of original materials you submit, subject to any third-party rights. You give AWISEE a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, store, reproduce and display those materials only as reasonably needed to operate your profile, assess campaign fit, communicate opportunities and present your profile where legally permitted.

This does not automatically give AWISEE paid-media, advertising, whitelisting or unrelated commercial usage rights over content you create. Those rights must be agreed separately for the relevant campaign.

Privacy choices are separate from these terms

Agreeing to these Creator Terms is not the same as consenting to every possible use of your personal data. Where AWISEE relies on consent to share specified non-public creator information with relevant brands or agencies, that consent will be requested separately and will not be pre-selected.

You can withdraw consent in accordance with the Creator Privacy Notice. Withdrawal affects future processing based on that consent and does not make previous lawful processing unlawful.

How AWISEE makes money

AWISEE may charge clients for services such as campaign strategy, creator sourcing, research, creator recommendations, campaign management, technology and analytics. For the initial version of /creators, AWISEE does not sell or license creator-submitted personal data as a standalone database.

Campaign opportunities

Registration does not guarantee a minimum number of invitations, sponsorships, revenue or campaigns. Brands and clients may decide which creators to select based on campaign requirements.

When you join a campaign

A campaign may have separate terms covering deliverables, payment, timing, revisions, advertising disclosures, exclusivity, usage rights, paid usage, whitelisting, cancellation or other campaign-specific requirements. Those terms apply to that campaign and take priority where they conflict with these general Creator Terms.

Creator responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and disclose material changes relevant to a campaign.
  • Follow agreed campaign requirements and deadlines.
  • Use legally required advertising disclosures.
  • Avoid false or misleading product claims.
  • Respect third-party intellectual property and platform rules.
  • Do not manipulate metrics, provide fraudulent statistics or impersonate another person.

Independent status

Unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise, participating creators act independently and are not employees, partners or agents of AWISEE.

Suspending or removing a profile

We may suspend or remove a profile where reasonably necessary because of fraud, false identity, material misinformation, a serious security issue, unlawful use or a material breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we may first ask you to correct information or explain an issue.

Closing your account

You can ask us to close your creator profile. Account closure and deletion of personal data are related but not identical: we may retain limited information where necessary for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, contractual or dispute purposes. Privacy requests can be made through our Data Protection Request page.

Our platform and intellectual property

AWISEE retains rights in its website, branding, technology, interfaces, databases, methodologies and proprietary materials, excluding creator-owned and third-party content.

Availability and liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the creator service or any particular commercial opportunity. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Campaign-specific liability arrangements may be included in a separate creator agreement.

Governing law

These Creator Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. The courts of Sweden shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
